What you'll be doing

  • Onboard and support customers as they adopt Procure-Flow, Sync-Core, Bill-Flex, and Work-Sure.
  • Conduct product training, answer technical questions, and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Gather feedback and work with product and engineering to improve our solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and drive retention and expansion.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or technical support (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex workflows clearly.
  • Comfort with data, integrations, and construction or finance terminology.
  • Self-driven and organized—you manage your own pipeline and customer touchpoints.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or ERP/accounting software is a plus.
