What you'll be doing
- Onboard and support customers as they adopt Procure-Flow, Sync-Core, Bill-Flex, and Work-Sure.
- Conduct product training, answer technical questions, and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Gather feedback and work with product and engineering to improve our solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and drive retention and expansion.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or technical support (SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex workflows clearly.
- Comfort with data, integrations, and construction or finance terminology.
- Self-driven and organized—you manage your own pipeline and customer touchpoints.
- Experience in construction, contracting, or ERP/accounting software is a plus.
