Getting Started with Procure-Flow

Procure-Flow connects Oracle Cloud and Primavera so project data stays synchronized without manual export/import. This tutorial walks you through initial setup.

Step 1: Connect Your Systems

Provide your Oracle Cloud and Primavera credentials. Procure-Flow uses secure, read-only connections to pull and push data according to your configured schedule.

Step 2: Map Your Project Structure

Define how Oracle project fields map to Primavera. Typical mappings include project name, WBS, milestones, and resource assignments.

Step 3: Schedule or Run On-Demand

Choose between scheduled syncs (daily, hourly) or on-demand runs. For critical changes, trigger an immediate sync from the dashboard.

Step 4: Verify and Monitor

Check the sync log for any warnings or errors. Procure-Flow flags mismatches so you can resolve them before they affect downstream processes.
